At the BFF we work closely with foreign manufacturers of filtering fabrics to bring our customers the very best quality material. Our expert design team works in consultation with our customers to produce high quality filters on an individual basis taking advantage of our large selection of specialised filtering materials.

The filter bags are designed to remove fine dust particles from industrial gases omitted from various industrial installations. The range of working temperatures is defined by the type of filtering material. High temperature filters can be used for different applications, for example: • Filtering dust with an air temperature range of 150-160°С. • Filtering dust from high-temperature gases up to 250°С. • Filtering dust from high-temperature gases over 250°С. The reliable operation of filter bags essentially depends on the quality of tailoring because the filter bags are exposed to repeated cycles of cleaning and regeneration during their life time. Because of the pressures exerted on the filter bags during the cleaning process generated through stirring mechanisms, shock, compressed air surges the structure of the filter bags has to be of the highest quality in manufacture and design. High quality bags produced by our company are manufactured using specialised foreign equipment. The seam is manufactured with a threefold line lock that provides 100 % reliability since this method of manufacture is much stronger and the seam maintains higher loadings than conventional methods of manufacture. Sewing rings, cords, fillets etc necessary for the installation and the hermetic sealing of bags in a filter design is carried out using our specialist equipment providing high quality and reliability in operation. |
