 The General Information



 We use filtering materials which provide: 

 • Efficiency of clearing to 99.99 %.

 • Ability to filter dust down to 0.3 microns in size.

 • High thermal stability - to 360°С.

 • High wear resistance due to special impregnation.

Impregnations of filtering materials: 

 • Hard Wearing.

 • Resistance to abrasion.

 • Acid proof.

 • Alkali proof.

Special processing of filtering materials: 

 • Polishing (for a filtration of fine dust). 

 • Antistatic (fibres from stainless steel are applied). 

 • Spark extinguishing. 

 • Micro porous superficial covering to reduce dust sticking to the filter resulting in a more efficient filter.


 The Bag Filter Factory Ltd uses the following types of filtering materials in the production of filters and filter bags for differing applications:

 Fibre glass, Polyester (lavsan, a polyether), Polyvinylchloride, Polypropylene, temperature resistant Olefin, Polyimide, Polyacrylnitril copolymer, Polyacrylnitril homopolymer, m-Aramid, Polypropylene sulphide, Polyimide, Polytetrafluoroethylene, and other.
